Remember the Gaza Massacre of 2014

Meet Sunday, August 10th at the field just south of the Hawthorne Bridge, across from the Downtown Marriott Hotel (where the Blues Festival is held).
Wear white (if possible) in mourning for those killed in Gaza.

Our goal is to get at least 1800 people to come together to bear witness. We will have signs for each of us to hold, each with the name of one person who was killed in the Israeli assault on Gaza.

Meet-up at 1 PM to get a sign with a name and from there we will line up shoulder to shoulder along the waterfront to make a strong statement:
End US Funding of Israel…End The Massacre in Gaza…Lift the Siege of Gaza…End the Israeli Occupation of Palestine

Together we will stand in solidarity for all the people of Gaza who were murdered and with those who must now try to re-build their lives.

We need lots of people there to make this a powerful event.
Please come, bring family and friends.
